The Cromer Shoal Chalk Beds have been identified as one of the largest chalk reefs in the world and has been designated as a Marine Conservation Area.
Jonas are actively engaged with the local EIFCA and local fishermen in working towards a solution to enable fishing to continue on the chalk beds. We believe this unique habitat gives the Cromer Crab the very special delicate taste that is not found anywhere else in the country.
